MINE SITE CONTRACTS
Refelec has an extensive history of contracts and service agreements with multiple mine sites in the Central Highlands. Our staff possess the relevant accreditations and inductions to work in the Queensland coal industry. At Refelec we understand the needs of service providers and the demands placed on them by the mining and resources industry.
Due to the depth of our team and quality of our employees, we frequently provide labour hire services to local industry. Refelec has provided electricians, instrumentation technicians, diesel fitters, auto electricians and trades assistant resources to customers across Central Queensland.

Refelec utilises simPRO Enterprise to manage service, project and maintenance works. The system is used by leading service delivery companies to estimate, quote and track schedules, jobs, costs, and stock. The system is also used to manage recurring jobs and multi-stage projects.
Our technicians use the simPRO app on their phones and connected devices to manage their work and retrieve relevant information whilst on site. Among other uses, the app also allows for the capture of job photos and customer signature.

HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY
Refelec has well developed Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures that comply with AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems for which we received accreditation in June 2018. All work is completed in accordance with current Government compliance regulations and OH&S standards. From all aspects of the work we provide, we ensure that the safety of your customers and staff is a priority.
Our service area encompasses most of Central Queensland. The focus of our service delivery is approximately within a 400km radius of Emerald township. Other locations will be considered upon request.
